Professor Albert Haddad has over 20 years experience in leadership roles in higher education, theology, and ministry and holds the degree of Doctor of Education from the University of Melbourne.

He recently retired from the role of Dean of Academic Programs at the University of Divinity, a role which he had served in from 2022-2026. Prior to joining the University, Albert worked as Professor of Higher Education and Associate Dean – Program Development and Quality Assurance at Victorian Institute of Technology and previously at Alphacrucis and Harvest Bible College. He is the founder of Leadwise Consulting Pty Ltd, a leadership and change management consultancy.
