Christopher teaches in the field of Pastoral Theology and Spiritual Care at Stirling Theological College, Melbourne. His key areas of research include spiritual care and human dignity, trauma, the physiological roots of spirituality and the nature of secularity in spiritual care.
Christopher has published research in pastoral theology and systematic theology in the areas of trauma and Australian culture respectively.
The current primary focus of Christopher’s research is the nature of dignity as central to genuine spiritual care.
Christopher teaches units in the Master of Pastoral Care degree. He actively collaborates with Spiritual Care Australia, Meaningful Ageing Australia, and Spiritual Health Association in the formation of practitioners in accordance with industry standards.
Christopher attends the Collins St Baptist Church in Melbourne.
