Maj Dr Grant Sandercock-Brown

Course Advisor

Grant is a full time lecturer at Eva Burrows College based at the Melbourne Campus.

Grant originally trained and worked as a secondary school music teacher before entering the Salvation Army’s Officer Training School in Sydney where he commenced formal ministry training. While working in pastoral ministry, he went on to complete an MA from Morling College and then a Doctor of Ministry from Asbury Seminary (KY).

Grant has two books published by the Salvation Army, from a Middle Aged Dad to a Teenage Daughter – Christian reflection for young people, and 21 Questions for a 21st Century Army, an examination of ministry and practice in the Salvation Army in Australia.

Grant, with his wife, has served as a leader in congregational ministry for seventeen years and is committed to helping local churches thrive, disciple, and faithfully tell God’s story in their worship and preaching.
