As University Secretary, Hannah manages the administrative governance function of the University, ensuring the provision of professional and confidential governance and administrative support to the University Council, Academic Board and Standing Committees; providing executive level support to the Vice-Chancellor; and acting as the University’s Risk Officer and Appeals Officer.
Hannah joined the University in 2020, after four years as Cathedral Secretary and Assistant to the Dean at St Paul’s Cathedral (Anglican Diocese of Melbourne).
Hannah has a BA from the University of Melbourne, majoring in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics with a minor in English Literature. She is a keen choral singer, and has previously been a choral scholar at Trinity College, Queens College and Christ Church South Yarra, as well as one of the first female lay clerks at St Paul’s Cathedral.
